About the Position

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Commerce team and help build the products and experiences that allow Creators to connect with their community while earning financial support from their community. Commerce serves the needs of Creators and Viewers with products that develop sustainable communities on Twitch.

As a Senior Product Manager for the Twitch Commerce team, you will help set and execute on the team strategy to build the best experience and interactions for streamer support to make Twitch the best place to watch and create interactive content on the internet. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to help evolve how users provide streamer support and receive encouragement for their creation of interactive entertainment, by imagining and defining the products yet to come.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation in Commerce experiences across Twitch
• Be the internal subject matter expert in products to support content creators
• Work closely with design and engineering teams to turn great ideas into great products
• Define product roadmap: create, prioritize, and support ongoing tasks
• Work closely with design and engineering teams to turn great ideas into great products
• Collect and synthesize feedback from multiple customer groups to inform strategy and roadmap
• Understand the needs of our creators and subscribers to deliver products that delight customers while achieving business results

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience as a Product Manager
• You are a tireless advocate of the needs of our customers - both our creators and community members
• You have strong subject matter experience in content creation and streamer support
• You have an excellent product/design sense, and you can take complex problems and craft simple experiences
• You understand when and how to leverage product analytics and run product experiments
• Ability to collect and utilize objective and subjective input to inform product decisions
• You care about the details and strive for operational excellence.
• You have demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional projects through launch while handling an incredible number of moving pieces

• You exhibit eagerness to dive into the details, find creative solutions, and take responsibility for your projects
• You possess the ability to understand organizational dynamics, influence stakeholders, and create consensus on contentious and big ideas
