Senior Product Manager

At Strivr, our Product Management team is responsible for an array of products that enable large enterprise customers to elevate the performance of their workforces through Immersive Learning. Spanning content authoring, device and content management, the immersive experience, and analytics, the Strivr software platform is the most advanced software offering for achieving learning outcomes at scale through XR.

As Senior Product Manager of Device Software, you will set the vision and lead development of the platform and infrastructure that support Strivr products across the range of XR devices on the market. You will partner closely with engineering to build components utilized by internal teams and 3rd-party developers that expand Strivr’s reach and increase operational efficiency.

As a seasoned product manager, you’re comfortable driving the product life cycle end to end. You enjoy collaborating with engineering teams and varied stakeholders to develop a strategic vision, then execute on the roadmap to deliver tangible value to internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Define and drive a product vision for Strivr’s platform architecture
• Plan and prioritize product investments based on internal and external signals
• Manage end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to delivery and sustainment

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years product management experience
• Experience building and shipping developer platforms / SDKs
• Understanding of Android development and technical concepts
• Experience driving an agile development process with a team of engineers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience striving in an ambiguous environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• B2B experience, especially shipping software for large enterprises
• Passion for AR/VR
