Associate, Game Product Manager

The Tap Sports Baseball Franchise is looking for an experienced Sr. Product Manager with strong analytical skills and a background in Mobile Free-To-Play games. The Sr. Product Manager will report to a Lead Product Manager, and will be responsible for identifying and owning core KPIs that will help Tap Sports Baseball remain one of the MLB's best mobile baseball experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Identify key areas in Tap Sports Baseball that require improvement
• Ownership of identified KPIs
• Develop product roadmaps, live ops, and content plans to influence KPIs while keeping player experience as a central focus
• Present initial hypothesis, collected data, and results of any tests and changes to key stakeholders
• Partner with BI, UA, and other internal EA teams to provide insight and updates on daily and weekly metrics
• Partner with other Product Managers to conceive, plan, and execute any tests or campaigns you create
• Foster an environment that is customer-focused, data-driven, and hypothesis/ experimentation based
• Become a product expert in the Tap Sports Baseball Franchise and a key pillar of information for outside teams.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• At least 3 years of experience on a live mobile game product
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience in obtaining, analyzing, and acting on in-game data
• Experience in mobile free-to-play with an emphasis on the sports genre
• Interest in Baseball and the MLB
• Comfortable working across different disciplines and teams
