Senior Product Manager, Robotics, AI@Unity

Using our industry-leading game engine, we are creating a whole new line of products and services centered around running massively scaled simulations in the cloud. This will impact multiple industries such as robotics, autonomous systems, and manufacturing, and contribute to the advancement of the field of Artificial Intelligence.

We are looking for a part time product manager with experience in the robotics industry to join our AI@Unity team as a near term consultant to help us conduct both strategic and tactical investigations into competing robotics offerings. In this role, you will work with internal teams, conduct primary and secondary market research, and help inform our approach to entering this market segment. This position will partner closely with our internal robotics and other key stakeholders to deliver these results.

Responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary market research
• Create detailed product assessments and outline market opportunities
• Prepare and present key findings to our internal teams

Requirements

• Strong technical background in robotics
• Established relationships within the robotics community
• Experience conducting primary and secondary market research
• Experience leading projects from inception to completion

Bonus Points

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working cross-functionally and with multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with Unity’s technical capabilities and broader market position
• Working knowledge of the existing simulation tools available to roboticists
