Chartboost’s Publisher Products enable publishers and developers to monetize their mobile apps through our industry leading in-app Mediation and Monetization advertising solutions. Chartboost is looking for a Product Manager to unlock the full potential of our publisher products for our customers to drive successful outcomes.

As the Senior Product Manager for the Publisher Products role, there are a wide breadth of products and services to help develop, have impact on and grow, including but not limited to our Mediation and Monetization Dashboards, Publisher Onboarding Experiences, Publisher Ad Formats, Network Bidding Integrations, API services, Admin Tools and other related services. This is a fully remote role that may be based anywhere in the United States.

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $105,000 and $196,000 per year. For applicants based in Colorado at the start of employment is expected to be between $100,000 and $177,000 per year. For applicants based in New York City and New Jersey at the start of employment is expected to be between $100,000 and $209,000 per year.

However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

The pay range for this position for applicants based in Washington at the start of employment is expected to be between $95,000 and $207,000 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees will also receive 13 paid holidays per calendar year, unlimited discretionary time off, and will receive 10 sick days per calendar year. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
