Senior Product Manager (Platform)

Founded in 2007, Lumos Labs is the leader in brain training. Over 100 million users have used our Lumosity application to train their cognitive skills, playing our games over 7 billion times. We are creating one of the premier digital health brands and are looking for talented, mission-oriented people to join us on the journey. Lumos Labs is located in the SoMa area of San Francisco, CA with remote colleagues country- and world-wide.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help us build a new platform that will serve as the foundation for the next generation of Lumosity’s brain training apps. This is a unique opportunity to use your expertise to build a platform from the ground up that millions of users will use.
YOU WILL
- Define and help build a platform to support the next generation of Lumosity’s brain training products that will launch in Q1 of 2022
- Partner closely with engineering to build an authentication service, payments service, and modernize our analytics stack
- Develop an a/b test system that will enable us to quickly launch experiments and innovate on the product experience
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Finance to gather requirements and understand end-user needs
- Be a key member of our product org helping to grow our team and processes
YOU HAVE
- 4+ years of relevant product management experience
- Experience working on complex technical projects and are comfortable collaborating closely with engineering
- The ability to understand, discuss, and challenge architectural concepts, trade-offs, and new opportunities with technical team members
- Strong analytical ability that enables you to break down complex problems and synthesize insights from data
- Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Empathy for customer needs and intellectual curiosity to serve those needs through technology
