Senior Product Manager, 3D Content Generation, AI@Unity

Using our industry-leading game engine, we are creating a whole new line of products and services centered around running massively scaled simulations in the cloud. This will impact multiple industries such as robotics, autonomous systems, and manufacturing, and contribute to the advancement of the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

We are looking for an exceptional product manager to join the AI@Unity team to shape our strategy around how computers perceive the world. As our team is focused on enabling Unity-based simulations at scale by providing value-added services that dramatically lower the barrier to participation in simulations and in turn help drive the adoption of this platform.

In this role, you will be:

1. Lowering the barrier of entry by making it easier for our customers to generate content to run simulations
2. Researching industry trends and conducting customer discovery session with companies working on perception-based problems
3. Building a procedurally generated content pipeline that enables customers to programmatically generate content for simulations using various data sources
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable solutions that leverage both internal content generation tools, data pipelines, and third party data sources to enable more companies to use our platform to work on perception related tasks

As a Product Manager, you will be working with a world-class team of researchers, engineers, and other product managers within Unity’s AI team. Your contributions will help drive future experiences for Unity developers by solving one of the hardest problems in the industry - scalably generating content for simulations. Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally across Unity to leverage ongoing content generation efforts
• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for perception at Unity
• Understand the pain points and needs of early users and customers
• Understand the landscape for content sources & segment-specific needs
• Identify and track key success metrics for your products and features
• Partner with engineering in the day-to-day to instill focus and direction

Requirements

• Proven experience in software product management role
• Experience working collaboratively with other product and functional teams
• Experience leading projects from inception to completion
• Experience working with products that leverage machine learning
• Experience with 3D content generation or integrating third party data sources

Bonus points

• Experience in gaming
• Demonstrated success shipping AI/ML technologies
