Your Mission
Welcome to Solid State Studios! We’re a new in-house studio within Activision, dedicated to developing the best AAA mobile games in the world. Our first project is the AAA mobile hit Call of Duty: Mobile, and we are preparing to launch our second title, Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile soon. Your Profile
As Senior Product Manager, you are responsible for the design and execution of our live operations strategy for Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile. This includes building frameworks and generating insights to inform decisions around our engagement and monetization systems (e.g., in-game events, challenges, store, etc.).
You will work with our live ops product and analytics teams to assess our live feature performance and propose the best product optimizations. You will also work with analysts and researchers to improve our understanding of the main factors that drive engagement and revenue, and will design experiments to improve our performance. You will report to the Director of Product, who leads the Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile live operations product team.
Main Mission
- Partner with other product managers to define our seasons and live ops strategy and impliment it
- Dig into dashboards and data to define and improve our overall engagement & monetization strategy
- Set goals for these systems, measure performance against these goals, and create action plans to optimize over time
- Constantly improve our Live Ops processes and feature optimization plans
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience in product management, strategy, business operations, or similar roles
- Able to clearly synthesize insights from analysis and research to diagnose root causes of problems and generate recommendations
- Strong structured and critical thinking skills, able to craft a clear and well prioritized strategy and roadmap
- Experience creating new or improved optimization plans that drive business outcomes
- Understand free-to-play games systems and economies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and lead others
- Ability to navigate ambiguity

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $116,800.00 - $216,000.00 Annual. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
