Senior Product Manager - MMO Games (f/m/d)

Role

Klang is looking for a Senior Product Manager - MMO Games (f/m/d) who enjoys working in a collaborative and creative work environment. In this function, you will have a direct impact on the delivery of high-quality, engaging content for our community of players. You have extensive experience evaluating the game KPIs, and leading the experimentation and execution of fresh content and events to delight and engage our players. - If you want to work on an ambitious and ground-breaking project and join a team that offers strong career growth, we have an amazing opportunity for you!

What you will do:

• Be responsible for the Live Operations of an ambitious Co-op MMO
• Set up playtests and live services in collaboration with the production team
• Manage the production of marketing and communication assets
• Own the production and update cycles of our web content
• Liaise with the different departments in order to coordinate, meet deadlines, and deliver groundbreaking content pre and post-launch
• Manage maintenance, downtimes, and new releases

Who we think will be a great fit:

• Experience working on at least one live community-based game as a Producer or project manager
• Strong knowledge of the live gaming industry and ecosystem
• Experience with Project Management tools like Jira
• An ‘’intrapreneur’’ mindset, thriving in constantly changing environments
• Strong leadership skills, by being a mindful and inclusive leader

Bonus:

• Experience in the launch of a live game
• A proven track record of building KPI dashboards and reports
