Senior Product Manager - Live Operations, Mobile

Who We Are:
2K publishes some of the most popular video game franchises on the planet including Borderlands, BioShock, Mafia, NBA 2K, WWE 2K, XCOM, and Sid Meier’s Civilization.
What We Need:
We are looking for a Product Manager, Live Operations who will collaborate with Game Designers and other cross-functional teams to develop and live operations strategies as well as launch engaging new in-game content, events, and sales that enable products to reach their maximum potential.
What You Will Do:
Reporting to our Director of Product, you will:
- Develop and socialize live operations strategy and in-game events and sales roadmap
- Work as a partner consultant to key stakeholders across multiple titles to create, manage, and execute analysis and implementation of key in-game growth initiatives; write specs if needed
- Develop a deep understanding of our users, content and competition through research, data analytics and experimentation
- Prioritize and execute experiments and in-game content changes that can move the needle for user engagement and monetization
- Develop deep understanding of key drivers of users behavior to identify KPIs critical to product growth, while partnering with analytics team
- Monitor performance of in-game content, identify patterns and inform live operations decisions based on in-depth data analysis
- Conduct analysis and maintain a deep understanding of the economy and game ecosystem
Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit:
- 5+ years of product management experience in free-to-play mobile games
- Experience delivering impactful features and in-game events and sales that are heavily informed by data as well as user research
- Outstanding data analysis skills and ability to leverage data to make decisions
- Experience using experimentation as a strategic tool to break down big problems into testable hypotheses and analyze results
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally, influence, collaborate and work as part of a team
- Deep empathy for the users
- Ability to analyze the impact of in-game content (e.g. events, sales) in economy and balance if necessary
- Advanced Excel is required; SQL is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- BA/BS degree
