The Chartboost SDK is one the most widely integrated mobile ad SDKs and through the Chartboost Exchange, Ad Network, DSP and other services, we empower mobile app developers to build businesses, while connecting advertisers to highly engaged audiences.
The Chartboost Data team is supporting the Exchange, DSP and Publisher business by building the foundational blocks of identity, targeting, analytics and attribution for our advertising platform.
This new role will be the product lead for the Barcelona Data engineering team and work closely with the Publisher, Exchange and DSP product managers to build data products that solve common advertising challenges across the Chartboost advertising platform.
A successful candidate will have an understanding of user profiles and has dealt with the challenges of consolidating identity, use of data in targeting for advertising and marketing campaigns, and a good understanding of attribution and feedback loops in online advertising channels.
Impact You Will Make:
- Responsible for building and managing solutions to consolidate identity across different user datasets and make it available for audience targeting
- Enable data to play an instrumental role in ad campaign planning, execution, optimization and analytics.
- Work with Sales, Central Analytics, Business Operations and other Product Managers for the development of internal and external analytics tools and products.
- Work with engineers and PMs within the organization to ensure that our data infrastructure reliably connects data across our products and services
- Work closely with Legal to ensure our solutions are adhering to regulatory compliance requirements
- Define, prioritize and deliver product roadmap and product features based on business requirements
Who you are:
- 5 years of strong product management experience, ideally with 3 years in digital advertising
- Experience working with data engineers, product managers, legal and business groups
- Strong experience in defining product strategy and working knowledge of agile practices
- Strong experience delivering on complex data requests from a variety of business units
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and comfort with navigating ambiguity in managing cross-functional initiatives across technical and non-technical teams
- Bachelor's degree, MS/MBA preferred (but not necessary)
