About the role
As a Senior Data Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving our data vision end-to-end. As the product owner, you will be responsible for making sure that we are capturing the data we need and building products that interpret it in ways that produce unique insights for our enterprise customers and developer partners. In this role, you will be working with engineering, design, data science, and integration service counterparts. We are looking for someone who exhibits a positive, can-do attitude and is excited about working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Your responsibilities:
- Drive the roadmap, vision, and strategy for our data collection tools, reporting platform, and other reporting interfaces (APIs)
- Partner with design and engineering teams to deliver products and features to execute on that roadmap
- Collaborate with data platform teams to build/enhance necessary data platforms to ingest, process, and report on the data we capture
- Work with data science team to surface behavioral insights, leverage predictive models, and explore new NLP-based capabilities
- Interface directly with customers and external partners, representing Strivr and establishing feedback loops for product, design, and engineering
- Write user stories and define epics and initiatives to drive the product-centric backlog
- Define the success metrics of the products you work on, and own the outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management
- Experience working with data at scale; you understand data pipelines, distributed systems, and large-scale data processing
- Track record of successfully delivering large, high-impact projects
- Experience working with stakeholders to make tradeoff decisions and prioritize requests
- Experience building data visualizations, using best practices to provide meaningful insights
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with B2B API products
- Experience with BI products or analytics tools
Benefits
The annual compensation range for this position is $128,000 - $192,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
Benefits offered for this position include 90% employer-paid healthcare for employee and dependents (medical, dental, vision); 401K with 50% employer match (up to 4%); open PTO policy; 16-week parental leave; basic life insurance, AD&D, and short-term disability.
