Prime Gaming, Amazon Prime's program for anyone who enjoys playing or watching games, is looking for a Senior Product Manager to raise the bar for how our customers engage with us and enjoy Prime Gaming. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, launching and owning products and features that will position our business to expand globally on a massive scale. You will enable this scale by shipping features that improve and broaden our value proposition for our game player customers.

As a Sr. Product Manager on our fast growing and quickly evolving Product & Engineering team, you will own customer experiences based on Prime Gaming benefits detail pages and improve the ways customers claim their benefits and discover more content. The target opportunity is massive, but also ambiguous. You will leverage your product management knowledge and business acumen to clarify, simplify, prioritize, and deliver impactful projects and features. You will collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders and know how to resolve ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in, and accomplish your goals. As a leader, you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance current and future business needs versus customer desires.

Basic Qualifications

· Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
· 5+ years of product management, program management, or general business/technology/marketing management
· 5+ years of experience with end to end product delivery, from idea creation/definition through launch
· 5+ years of experience negotiating and guiding product roadmap and strategy discussions with cross-functional stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

· Excellent written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives
· A proven track record of building new, innovative, and engaging customer experiences informed by customer data and anecdotes
· Ability to leverage analytic and quantitative skills and use data and metrics to back up assumptions, make recommendations, and influence actions (preference for SQL)
· Experience working globally, for a global customer base
· MBA preferred
