WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development, launch, and optimization of the next generation of Lumosity’s brain training consumer apps. In this role, you will work on a diverse set of projects from end-to-end user-facing features to backend-oriented features like billing and data.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive the product roadmap and communicate the product strategy for your product team – ensure alignment across the team, leadership, and company
- Manage the product development cycle: discovery, development, release, analysis, and iteration
- Partner with PMs to understand the business and end-user needs to align priorities and uncover dependencies
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform priorities, iterations, and new feature development
- Run sprints, manage a backlog, and ensure there is stellar project execution
WHAT YOU HAVE
- 4+ years of product management experience
- Experience working on technical projects across backend and frontend developers
- Strong analytical ability that enables you to break down complex problems and synthesize insights from data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills demonstrated through working with multiple stakeholders/teams
- Deep understanding of the key levers that drive the business to inform product priorities
- Strategic thinker with the ability to synthesize input from multiple stakeholders into a cohesive product roadmap
