Senior Product Manager – Consumer Insights

We delight in helping them to navigate the ever-changing and -expanding field of gaming and esports. We have recently scaled up to 100+ people, working from offices and homes around the world.

We are now looking for a talented senior product manager to help grow our consumer research and survey-based product offerings. This role reports directly into the Director of Product.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own the overall success of consumer research products from a client and business perspective;
  • Create and articulate the vision for our current and future consumer research product offering for game publishers and developers;
  • Create buy-in for this product vision both internally and with relevant existing clients;
  • Lead the strategy, planning, and delivery of this product vision;
  • Research and initiate new consumer research products and services to help grow the business that align with our company mission and portfolio strategy;
  • Work together with the operational research teams to finalize survey scope and content, ensuring the relevance for game publishers and developers;
  • Work together with our design and engineering teams to visualize the data in ways that will delight our clients;
  • Be external facing. Speak to our customers and prospects to solicit feedback on our offerings;
  • Enable marketing, sales, account teams to effectively market and (up)sell your products with clear use cases and value propositions;

Your Profile

  • 6+ years of work experience with game publishers on the business or research side
  • Detailed understanding of how game publishers use data and consumer insights
  • Strong consumer research, consumer insights, and data analysis skills
  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to stakeholders
  • Detail orientated and excellent planner who can prioritize
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Results-driven and action orientated
  • Strong storyteller with the ability to translate data into value-adding insights
  • Confident in presenting and defending your opinion and comfortable with public speaking
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
