Senior Product Development Manager of CPL - Stumble Guys

The Product Development Manager role is part of the Consumer Product & Licensing team, reporting to the Sr Licensing Manager. This role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders helping to develop Stumble Guys Licensed Products and support the brand development.

• Quality check/checking brand consistency and quality check of the product designed
• Brand assurance/reviewing Branding and technical aspects
• Experience in crafting concepts/prototypes working closely with the 3D modelers as well as designers.
• Provides support on creative brainstorms to present new creative directions, trends and to help licensees in the creation of products in all categories
• Works closely with Sr Licensing Manager and Sr Key Account Manager to produce fresh, compelling designs that meet the business needs / strategies
• Reviews new products and suggests improvements in the design or application of art and design concepts. Provides creative input, direction and guidance to all licensees. Works under contractual timelines and provides efficient and constructive feedback to partners
• Pro-actively evaluates licensee's schedules and manufacturing processes to facilitate their compliance with our product approval processes. Leads licensees to ensure product development strategy and timelines are met to support business strategy
• Assist Licensing Sales team to identify potential licensing opportunities. Attending Toy Fairs and Licensing events along with the sales team. Participate in meetings with prospects and existing partners
• Develop quality control and compliance processes and procedures that will ensure that all products meet the company standards
• Review quality, provide feedback and approve assets crafted by internal teams on an ongoing basis to ensure they are good to use in CPL product development
• Maintain and update the Licensing Approval and Digital Asset Management software tools

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Product, Industrial Design, Marketing, a related field or equivalent experience.
• Design and merchandising experience - physical goods
• Ideally 5+ years of experience in the product development and licensing industry, with specific experience in developing licensed consumer products.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong understanding of branding principles, design concepts, and marketing strategies.
• Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments with cross-functional teams.
• Highly meticulous, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
