About this Role
What will you do at GreenPark Sports as a Senior Product Designer?
- Design elegant, data-driven, client-focused solutions to pain points, issues, and enhancement opportunities through UX (strategy, flows, wireframes, customer experience mapping), UI visuals (component designs, page elements, and interactions), and clickable prototypes.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams on user-focused app design that incorporates research, design thinking, and user-centered practices
- Stay on top of current innovations and best practices in app design – UI/UX trends/features/functionalities and overall experience for sports fans, while looking to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Plan, conduct, and incorporate research into the design approach and execution.
- Experience building/supporting design systems and component libraries
- Contribute relevantly, informed ideas/feedback/designs/concepts in team meetings, working sessions, and via pixel-perfect delivery of dev-ready designs and flows with the required level of detail and documentation.
You may be a great candidate for this role if:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the design of digital products that have been released to the market, with a proven track record of success
- Expertise in mobile app design, including UX patterns & principles, and optimizing for multiple screens and devices.
- Conversant of sports at minimum, a passionate sports fan would be ideal.
- Bachelor's and/or master's degree in the study of user experience, UI design, or related fields
- Excellent organization, communication, facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills to clearly communicate ideas, concepts, flows, and more
- Experience designing and ideating in Figma and FigJam, prototyping skills a bonus
- Experience delivering end-to-end (from brief to shipping) digital products within a cross-functional team environment with an iterative approach that leverages quantitative and qualitative measurement
- A proactive initiative that identifies problems and acts on opportunities to improve the product offering, as well as taking instruction and working well as part of a team that delivers results quickly but with purpose
