Senior Product Designer, Personalization

The Senior Product Designer, Personalization will design product experiences helping players discover and understand the millions of 3D worlds available on Roblox. You'll design vision concepts, user flows, information architecture diagrams, and design frameworks across the Roblox Homepage and the Search and Browse experiences. You'll partner with Product Managers, Engineers and other Designers at Roblox. Cross-team collaboration will be essential to this role as you will work with our core app experience and design systems teams. And lastly, you will contribute to our mission of building a human co-experience platform that enables shared experiences among billions of users.

You Are:

• Experienced with 7+ years of professional experience as a product designer and a Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, Ergonomics, or related fields
• A Collaborator that shares projects early and often while encouraging your peers to find constructive feedback from their manager, team members, partners and the Product Design team
• A Leader who manages design quality and cohesion across your area of expertise while engaging with other designers to help them grow.
• Precise with your time and work, and you will find resources to complete large-scale projects
• Technical and have a fine-tuned thought process that you use to create solutions to big challenges
• Investigative and inquisitive about product goals from both our mission and user's perspective, you'll promote a learning culture both with in the Product Design team and the larger Tech organization
• Inspired and you'll expand and discover new skills by searching for new tools and techniques

You Will:

• Create outstanding user experiences for a global audience through mindful flows, systematic layouts, and delightful interactions that aligns with our mission.
• Manage end-to-end feature design with an ability to translate abstract ideas into viable product features
• Work with Design and Product leadership to determine your features and contribute to the direction of your product area
• Work with Product and Engineering partners to represent the design team, facilitate design discussions, and give concise feedback in planning and product channels
• Partner with the Engineering team to provide a high-quality implementation and user experience
• Work in close collaboration with Design leadership team to support design processes
• Interview new Product Designers and you'll contribute to our inclusive design hiring process
• Report to the VP of Design
