Senior Product Designer, Discovery & Onboarding

The Opportunity

This is a key role reporting to the Director of Product Design. This role will work side-by-side with Engineering, Product, and Marketing leadership on Discovery & Onboarding, and partner with organizations across Unity.

What you’ll be doing
- Contribute to defining the vision, culture, team, and processes for Product Design within Discovery & Onboarding. This is a brand new team and You’ll be a founding member.
- You'll communicate the vision by creating and presenting concept models, scenarios, flows, wireframes, information architecture diagrams, and other artifacts.
- Build user-focused designs informed by market analysis, customer feedback, and user research insights that go to market for testing every month, and improve and implement winning tests. You’ll collaborate directly with customers to understand their struggles with the product / UX and adapt designs to better meet their needs.
- Collaborate like mad with partners and peers around the globe in an inclusive environment to improve the overall user experience and maximize business impact. You’ll lead cross-functional, cross-team collaborations with Product Management, Marketing, Engineering and Executives.
- Connect the dots. As a critical member of the team, you’ll provide insight and inspiration that intersects and brings together the goals and intentions of the product, engineering, and marketing colleagues.

- The ability to clearly articulate (verbally and written) your thinking, process, challenge assumptions respectfully, and give and receive feedback.
