Senior Product Designer (UI focused)

ustwo is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the design team in our New York Studio.
We're looking for an experienced, forward-thinking Senior Product Designer with a UI focus who can translate ideas, insights, and requirements into tangible high-fidelity designs. You will be working in a cross-discipline team, collaborating with delivery, strategy, tech, and other product designers to design prototypes and vision outputs. You are comfortable working iteratively and can pivot seamlessly between digital platforms. Our Senior-level designers are typically involved in a high level of client stakeholder interaction, so clear communication skills are critical.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of cross-platform design experience (Web, android, iOS, and responsive web) at an agency or brand that you can demonstrate in an online or digital portfolio showcasing work for leading brands with products that have shipped
- Strong design aesthetic and a broad range of styles, with the ability to create multiple takes on a given state or experience
- Ability to design elegant flows, screens, and interactions for a global audience across platforms and client verticals
- Proficient in establishing a design system for products that extend from principles to component systems and patterns that aid teams in making meaningful and consistent decisions
- Ability to develop and present a strong conceptual foundation for all design decisions.
- Ability to translate insights, principles, and guidelines into world-class digital products and experiences
- Ability to work iteratively, collaborating closely with various project teams and clients in order to define problems and goals
- Ability to clearly articulate challenges and opportunities as well as give and receive feedback from other designers and cross-disciplinary partners
- Familiarity with prototyping tools
- Bonus: experience with non-traditional interfaces (AR, Installations, Audio, etc)

- Experience working within an Agile process
- Polished and confident presentation skills and the experience and ability to work with client stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and a defender of good ideas whether they are yours or come from others
- Understand clients’ design needs and work within those constraints
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to deal with pressure, pivot, and execute in a fast-paced environment
- Sharp eye for detail and an abundance of ideas
