What Will You Be Doing At Abstraction
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of a project and drive the project’s quality and planning.
- Manage production schedules, risks and dependencies between various disciplines.
- Track progress towards deliverables and report on project status.
- Facilitate constant communication between team members, departments and stakeholders.
- Run daily stand-ups, chase actions, steer priorities and remove roadblocks.
- Schedule and run meetings effectively and ensure outcomes are clear and followed up on.
- Identify risks and dependencies early on to be able to mitigate accordingly.
- Evaluate cross-discipline pipelines, improve processes and coach team members.
- Effectively set and manage expectations between all stakeholders.
- Manage the team’s happiness, health and productivity.
- Guide teams to successfully delivering high quality products on time, in budget.
- Coach and mentor other producers and evangelize best practices company-wide.
What You Will Bring Along

- Have 7 or more years of experience as producer or project/team manager, working with complex cross-disciplinary teams on high scale, high stake projects. (Preferably in games.)
- Shipped multiple games; at least one large, complex game as (senior/principal) producer.
- Have excellent leadership qualities, people- and soft skills.
- A sharp eye for detail, continuously looking to improve people, products and processes.
- Able to identify the most critical points in the development process and during discussions.
- Proactive attitude that likes to engage in high pressure problem solving.
- Ability to handle a wide range of situations with confidence.
- A strong, clear and reliable communicator who’s calm and dependable under pressure.
- Able to deal with ambiguity and complex challenges on ever-changing projects.
- Comfortable and flexible working on multiple projects in flux when needed.
