Senior Producer
The senior producer is a self-directed and reliable project manager with a proven track record in successfully delivering leading games. You will oversee the timely development and delivery of a major title or multiple titles within a Brand that meets quality and budget requirements and is in keeping with the initial order and studio requirements.
Type of position: Permanent, Full-Time
Responsibilities
The main and routine tasks of the Senior Producer are to:
Production management
- Define, present and follow up on the development strategy for the game(s);
- Help define the scope and deliverables of the project(s);
- Follow up on the budgets for each project;
- Build an inter-project network and optimally organize the work plan whenever necessary;
- Manage risks and approve contingency plans;
- Follow up on projects and communicate statuses to executives;
- Meet with external collaborators whenever necessary.
Market
- Work with the Brand Director regarding the product’s market positioning.
Content
- In collaboration with the Executive Producer, set out a brand development plan and ensure its continuity;
- Support the creative direction and ensure that it is coherent from one project to the next;
- Support the implementation of corporate management and design methods;
- Suggest technological choices that support game development (tools and engine) to executives;
- Ensure that teams optimize technology and best practice sharing;
- Ensure that the game meets quality standards.
Human resources
- Help build core teams;
- Help define human resource needs for projects and fill vacant positions;
- In collaboration with producers, ensure that project resources are mobilized;
- Supervise and coach employees under his responsibility;
- Play an active role in the development of junior managers in the studio (mentoring, coaching, etc.);
- Foster and take part in the career development of team members.
Training
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in business administration or project management.
Experience
- Minimum 5-10+ years of relevant experience in management;
- Must have project management experience in Video Game development environment;
- Must have demonstrated the ability to deliver major projects (quality standards, budget constraints and effective team output).
- Ideally have shipped a minimum of 1 AAA game title in a project management role.

- Extensive knowledge of the video game market and industry;
