Senior Producer

Scopely is looking for a LiveOps Producer to join the Marvel Strike Force Production team in the U.S. on a remote basis.

Marvel Strike Force is Scopely's squad-based Hero Collector RPG, housing heroes and villains across the Marvel Universe.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and drive live game initiatives that deliver engaging content to our global playerbase.
• Work closely with Game Development, Product stakeholders, Player Experience team, and other key groups to ensure our players have the best possible experience
• Collaborate on developing and implementing the LiveOps roadmap, with a focus on keeping up player retention, engagement, and monetization
• Work with the LiveOps team to plan, build, and release Monetization and Engagement features and content
• Track work
• Manage bandwidth, schedule, and risk
• Partner cross-functionally
• Handle shifting needs and requirements
• Drive planning on tools, big beats
• Coordinating and communicating with stakeholders to help execute against product goals with the LiveOps teams

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for games, knowledge of the game industry
• Knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodology and culture for the development of Agile projects
• Previous experience in managing teams within game development projects. Preferably in LiveOps.
• Preferred 4+ years of Game Production experience (preferably Mobile)
• Enjoys working on live games, able to adapt and execute on the fly
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong sense of ownership and work autonomy
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• A keen eye for detail and high standards of work
• Experience working in a fast paced, high energy environment with a high amount of dependencies between teams
• Experience tracking a complex project and providing insight and influence into how to deliver more effectively and mitigate risks
• Knowledge and experience of Jira and Kanban are preferred.

For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY and WA, the annual salary range is $ 113,900 -$ 168,000 plus equity, bonus and benefits including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time-off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
