Open to Long-Term Remote For U.S.-Based Candidates
Level Ex is looking for a Senior Producer to join our team to run our LiveOps efforts. You bring a record of launching games to market and are eager to manage our genre-defining medical games. Reporting to the Executive Producer, you will coordinate feature and content deliveries on numerous games, and guide teams across multiple brands.
What You'll Do
- Define our Software as a Service support models.
- Partner with company leadership to review project progress and balance change requests against support requirements.
- Solve support needs for internal teams, players, and partner teams while providing clear communications during the process.
- Mentor other producers through your process, approaches, and overall depth of knowledge.
- Develop long-term plans while maintaining an 'on track' and 'on budget' status.
- Manage and integrate tracking tools and reports (JIRA/Confluence) using the right tools at the right time.
What You'll Bring
- Full development cycle experience as games producer or client software producer (5+ years).
- A commitment to continue learning your craft and a desire to share your knowledge.
- An appreciation for data and how to use analytics to make day-to-day work run more smoothly.
- Ability to work remotely, collaborating and sharing virtually.
Bonus Points
- Be an authority at the Atlassian suite.
- Experience in driving distributed teams across multiple continents.
- College Degree or equivalent production experience.
- Medical profession-based application development.
