Senior Producer

Bungie is seeking multiple Senior Producer's for an outstanding opportunity to help guide the development of Destiny 2! Development is a collaborative process, and we are searching for an experienced team leader to guide and optimize a team of creative and passionate developers as they continue to build and improve upon Bungie’s flagship title, Destiny 2. You are a key player in working across groups to ensure processes are effective and teams are always in sync.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and empathetic organizer of people and processes who embodies a service mentality. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and facilitate ongoing rituals, communications, and processes for your team(s)
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across disciplines, teams, and key partners
• Schedule and coordinate the details for all necessary meetings and ensure completion of action items
• Refine, reinforce, and embody Bungie’s culture and values
• Ability to assess potential risks and opportunities and drive to desired outcomes
• Work with limited supervision and use independent judgment outside of established procedures when necessary
• Lead by example in terms of production craft and expertise within the department
• Continuously improve our velocity, teamwork, and transparency
• Lead and mentor junior producers: Collaborate with them to define near-term goals, counsel them regarding project or people challenges, and support them in achieving career objectives
• Ensure studio compliance with company policies and procedures

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Proven experience in internal games production
• Emotional intelligence, great interpersonal skills, and empathy for creative teams
• Outstanding problem-solving skills. Proven track record of understanding, simplifying, and solving problems in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
• Demonstrable experience fostering teamwork and building high-functioning teams
• Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills. Ability to drive high-value meetings through challenging discussions and build clear action items and accountability
• Exemplary written and oral communication skills
• Organization and attention to detail: the ability to speak to and provide supporting documentation to all aspects of your areas at any given time
• Experience with MS Office Suite and Atlassian software preferred
