Senior Producer, WWE 2K

The WWE 2K team is looking for a production leader to organize, focus, prioritize and track a host of new features and pipelines we’re creating for the franchise. In this role, you’ll both focus on specific areas and interact with every branch of the WWE2K team to drive initiatives, invent and improve features, and streamline the development experience to help make the next iteration of WWE2K the best ever.

What You Will Do:

• Own high-priority initiatives to deliver amazing new features to our players
• Work with a team of producers, designers and engineers to conceive and plan feature investments to constantly improve and expand WWE
• Troubleshoot issues, and build consensus across diverse teams to ensure priorities are met
• Provide management, organization and feedback to engineers, artists and designers across the team
• Decompose long term efforts into incremental steps, planning and communicating road maps to the team
• Assist the Executive Producer in team wide organization and development efforts
• Collaborate with team members in multiple locations to insure the impact and interoperability of your features
• Track and report development dependencies and progress against release cycles
• Release management of parallel development, QA, and production builds across multiple platforms
• Ensure releases meet first party requirements

Who Will Be A Great Fit:

• 7 or more years of game production, dev or program management experience
• Multiple shipped games with significant scope of ownership
• Experience setting clear goals, planning and delivering features with cross-functional teams and multiple competing requirements
• Outstanding project management capabilities, documentation, tracking and transparency
• Attention to detail and completeness, ability to see around corners, anticipate issues
• Organized, excellent communication skills, passion for games, influential, collaborative demeanor
• Project management training in Scrum or other agile framework
• Preferred experience in Jira or other project management software
• Background in annual game and Live Ops release cycles
• Love for video games (not just ours!)
