Senior Producer, Publishing (Paid Media)

Bungie is seeking a seasoned Senior Producer to build and manage a robust content pipeline for our paid media advertising operations. In this role you will partner closely with our leaders in paid media, marketing, analytics, production, and creative to bring to life global campaigns that are data driven and creatively inspired.
This role is dedicated to our digital paid media pipeline, which is responsible for creating 360-degree global campaigns across all mediums.
The ideal candidate should be results oriented and autonomous in an ever-evolving media landscape. With a passion for optimization, this candidate will strike a balance between proactive planning and rapid response to emerging opportunities in the paid media space.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, track, and prioritize asset and web campaign requests for the digital advertising user journey across global markets
- Define clear, realistic production plans, assess risks and bottlenecks, and optimize process as necessary
- Ability to navigate multiple large-scale projects and complex creative pipelines to produce assets for digital advertising campaigns
- Maintain project pipelines to ensure timely deliveries according project specifications
- Lead collaboration across stakeholders including User Acquisition, Brand, Marketing, and Creative Studios,
- Ensure alignment between Bungie stakeholders, media buying, and creative teams on initiatives and projects
- Works autonomously with minimal oversight from leadership
- Collaborate with teams across the globe including marketing leads, production teams, and agencies to provide relevant planning and documentation to ensure the successful delivery of content
- Build effective relationships and facilitate clear communication with Bungie’s development teams, publishing stakeholders, and external partners
- Build and maintain all documentation necessary for the successful planning and tracking of marketing initiatives
- Identify risks and escalate issues as appropriate, ensuring proper and timely communication to leadership
- Mentor other publishing producers in the department
- Help drive the goals of broader Publishing milestones
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Willing to embrace an inclusive work environment
- Relevant experience in a production, marketing, or project management role

- Effective communicator able to resolve misalignments with members of internal and external teams

- Extensive experience balancing multiple projects with varying deadline pressure across a variety of teams
- Enthusiasm for and knowledge of the games industry and content landscape
- Experience with project management software and/or diverse project management methodologies required
- Familiar with various multimedia formats and their usage
- Familiarity with marketing analytics
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
- Experience working with advertising, game publishing, video, animation, design or other media production teams
- Experience with Confluence, Asana, and/or Jira
- Experience managing and mentoring staff
- Familiarity with the Destiny franchise and its online player communities
