Senior Producer, Publishing (Creative Studios)

Bungie is seeking an experienced and tenacious Senior Producer to support the Publishing and Marketing teams in the creation of our best-in-class, integrated marketing campaigns. With your background in Publishing, Marketing, and/or Agency, you will manage creative content production for the full campaign lifecycle, and you will partner with creative and technical teams to manage complex content pipelines.
This role is dedicated to our Creative Studios teams, the internal creative powerhouse responsible for branding and major player-facing assets such as brand development, key art, logos, web and digital experiences, store presence, consumer products, and more.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive projects and resource teams for the internal Creative Studios teams
- Define clear, realistic production plans, assess risks and bottlenecks, and redefine as necessary
- Works autonomously with minimal oversight from leadership
- Collaborate with the marketing leads, creative directors, developers, and external partners to provide relevant planning and documentation to ensure the successful delivery of content for live service games
- Build effective relationships and facilitate clear communication with Bungie’s development teams, publishing stakeholders, and external partners
- Build and maintain all documentation necessary for the successful planning and tracking of marketing initiatives
- Identify risks and escalate issues as appropriate, ensuring proper and timely communication to leadership
- Mentor and manage publishing producers and production coordinators
- Help drive the goals of broader Publishing milestones
REQUIRED SKILLS

- Enthusiasm for and knowledge of the games industry and content landscape
- Experience with project management software and/or diverse project management methodologies required
- Familiar with various multimedia formats and their usage
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
- Experience working with advertising, game publishing, video, animation, or other media production teams
- Knowledge of Destiny 2 in-game content and out-of-game marketing assets
- Experience creating marketing assets from game engine content
- Familiar with game development pipelines
