This position is based in Barcelona (hybrid) with relocation help for candidates living outside of Spain. Full remote can be an option depending on the case and availability to travel.

Voodoo is creating a new studio with a very exciting and ambitious mission: release the next $1B Match 3 game, pioneering the next generation in this category. We aim to elevate quality and innovation in casual, redefine industry standards, and deliver fun to a broad audience. You will be joining this studio as Senior Producer.

We’re seeking a talented and seasoned Senior Producer who is deeply passionate about casual games and laser-focused on creating the next big hit. With extensive experience in the industry, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering fun to millions of players. As the driving force behind the game's success, you'll have full ownership of its delivery, ensuring it reaches the highest standards of quality and innovation.

• Ways of working: Shape, implement and refine team processes and rituals to guarantee top-tier quality and timely delivery
• Project coordination: Maximize team efficiency by ensuring clear priorities and seamless task management
• Product support: Collaborate closely with product leads to develop and launch the best possible game
• Studio leadership: Partner with the GM and leadership team to foster a strong studio culture and operational excellence
• Special initiatives: Take full ownership of special initiatives or projects that are lateral to core game development (e.g. player support, community initiatives, etc.)

With this role, you will have a strong impact on the company by contributing daily to important decisions with a senior, multidisciplinary team of passionate and talented people. Flesh out the details of a game's design, oversee its testing, and revise the game in response to player feedback.
