Senior Producer, Moomin IP

In this role you’ll get to work with a fantastic Nordic brand, Moomin, well known to all ages. This game is a new addition to our great portfolio of puzzle games and you will be on a mission to build on the success and legacy of both Rovio, and Moomin. You will join a dedicated team, well versed into the lore of the IP and focused on crafting captivating storylines and fun puzzles, and help them bring the best experience to our players.

We are now looking for a second Senior Producer for the game. You will work together with the game team, existing Senior Producer and the Game Lead to achieve the business goals for the game.

The team is part of our Puzzle studio in Finland and you will work close to the team where the hybrid system is implemented allowing you to decide if you want to work from home, office or a mix of both. If you are not located in Finland already, we provide relocation support.

What your days will look like:

• Working in tandem with the other senior producer (having agreed on the split of responsibilities) to drive the success of the game forward
• Coordinating marketing activities, game development and/or liveops activities
• Owning the deliverables in the project and helping the team to break things down into understandable, manageable and meaningful tasks
• Constantly improving the ways of working and team processes.

Who we think will do great in this role has:

• Proven track record in estimation, scheduling, scoping and release planning; background in Puzzle games is a plus
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to communicate priorities clearly and at the same time encourage creative expressiveness in the team
• Passionate about the business side and delivering on the KPIs
• Ability to identify and solve conflict situations
• Enable the team to work as a cohesive unit towards a common goal
• Recognise strengths & weaknesses of the team and influence plans & change process accordingly
• Maintain and improve the team morale and team spirit
