Who You Are:
- Friendly, helpful, and collaborative in a team-based environment; self-motivated, results-oriented self-starter with a strong drive to deliver quality products
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Familiar with industry standard software and tools used by Production for communication, tasking, and assets tracking: JIRA, Shotgun, Excel, MS Office, PowerPoint, Cloud storage applications, etc.
- 4+ years’ experience in internal or external game development
- Previous experience in project management and production
- Experience with AAA titles preferred
- Ability to interface with all levels of the organization
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), time and project management skills
- Familiarity with the gaming market and industry trends, as they relate to game development and market research
- Adept at the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to conduct themselves in a professional manner with all co-workers
- Must display resourcefulness, enthusiasm, and self-motivation
- Quick learner, able to pick up new tools and technologies and learn new processes quickly and without missing a stride
- Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities, as assigned by senior management
- Strong problem solving skills
- Adept at building relationships throughout the organization
- Highly organized. Able to keep on an assigned track without constant supervision
- Capable of multitasking and managing several important items at once, without allowing anything to be lost in the process

What We Need:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Producer to join our team to focus on production needs to help build our new studio IP. The ideal candidate is able to build strong production pipelines internally and with outsourced and IP partners, focus on quality, and successfully plan, track and deliver results by building and managing production scheduled and other tracking methods. Additionally, the Senior Producer will need to successfully partner with studio project leads through various stages of development to ensure milestones are delivered on time and at highest quality. Working closely with studio leaders to formulate best practices, the Senior Producer will create guidelines to help studios improve work quality.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Production process, best practices and timely deliveries of assets and deliverables throughout multiple teams
- Create and maintain detailed schedules for the teams across multiple disciplines to help identify priorities, assess scope, and continually measure velocity and assess risks
- Run review, scoping and general sync meetings and record notes. Distribute notes to the team and ensure action items and tasks and then recorded in task tracking software (JIRA/Shotgun)
- Help maintain team velocity and focus by unblocking developers and promoting alignment between developers and creative leadership
- Manage artists and conduct one-on-one meetings to help develop careers and employee growth
- Frequently communicate status changes, call out risks and be the Production representative for multiple dev teams
- Partner with Senior Production and studio leadership to communicate development concerns and staffing needs
- Own and maintain JIRA tracking database. Create and manage JIRA dashboards for team task management and communication.
- Deeply involved in standing up, modifying and maintaining Shotgun asset tracking software
