We are seeking a Senior Producer to partner closely with the Senior Creative Director and other creative team leadership to develop, communicate, and execute overarching strategies and day-to-day operations across the creative team for Magic: the Gathering!
What You'll Do:
- Drive strategic creative initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the mentorship of the Senior Creative Director.
- Act as a thought partner and ear to the ground for team leadership; surface issues, roadblocks, and concerns from the org, and drive alignment and consensus for projects and priorities.
- Serve as connective tissue to the producer group both within various teams in the Magic TCG Studio's Creative Group and other workstreams.
- Build and implement all aspects of the team's vendor management process and external vendor communication protocols.
- Develop agendas and materials for major meetings; track next steps and follow-ups to completion.
What You'll Bring
- Experience: 5+ yrs of experience in a creative development environment.
- High integrity: A trusted advisor and driver with high EQ and low ego.
- Strong intellectual curiosity: Has held a number of diverse creative roles that would allow for rapid on-ramping onto a variety of new initiatives.
- Persuasive and effective communication: Experience in navigating sophisticated / matrixed business organizations and negotiating efficient solutions across cross-functional teams.
- Problem solving approach: Analytic, strategic and structured thinking, fueled by a creative heart.
