Every user's Roblox journey starts with accounts. From initial user signup and login to settings and parental controls, the Accounts team enables users to securely and quickly access Roblox while keeping their data safe and protected.
This is an opportunity to join as a founding leader of the Account Management Team. You will help rehaul the way users manage their presence on the Roblox platform. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, Accounts & Identity, you build the roadmap and functionality for Account Management features, including:
- User Profile
- Settings
- Parental Controls
- New Account Types
- Multi-User Experience
These are some of the highest trafficked features on the platform, and will only increase in usage as you promote more functionality around how users configure their privacy, features, and settings. In addition, you will manage company-level goals that affect user growth and safety. This is a visible and strategic role with opportunity for tremendous impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a technical product manager
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills and experience partnering with data science teams for experiment analysis
- Superb user focus and ability work with designers to create simple and elegant experiences
- Ability to present to executive stakeholders to get alignment for decisions requiring complex tradeoffs
- Prior experience working on identity or safety-related features a plus
