Job Description

The Senior Principal 2D Training Specialist will travel to and reside in Bangalore for 4-6 months to assist in the training efforts of the Bangalore MPC Compositing department. The aim of this role is to upskill current artist’s skills, develop self-sufficiency within the team, and grow leadership capability.

The Senior Principal 2D Training Specialist will assess the current state of the Compositing department and its training needs, then develop, present and implement a training strategy. The training strategy will include live trainings, dailies feedback, recorded video and written content, and program creation in MPC’s learning management system. This role will be supported by MPC’s global training team of training coordinators, training content creators, and managers.
