Technical Product Manager – Live Services

This is a unique opportunity for a Technical Product Manager to join Creative Assembly as part of a talented development team, working on the Game Backend Platform in a professional, and dynamic environment. Our team is focused on enabling and helping CA to build, publish and run player focused online games. This role is based at our studio in Horsham, West Sussex.
This role would be suited to an experienced Product Manager or Senior Product Manager with a passion for games.
Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Product Manager, you will focus on understanding our game teams’ needs, driving engagement and growth of customers using CA Platform capabilities, ensuring that the solutions our team is working on are aligned with the CA Platform Strategy are valuable and viable.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Contribute to higher-level CA Platform strategic discussions and communicating product strategy with dependent teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders, other product managers, design, and engineering to bring your ideas to our customers though rapid iterations
- Present your findings to large groups, including senior leaders and create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
- Drive the strategy, tactics, and delivery timelines for your product area
- Inspire your cross-functional peers to build strong partnerships in delivering excellent products and services.
Knowledge, Skill, and Experience
Essential
- Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery
- Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business – engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing
- Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative
- Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
- Strong oral and written communication; you can communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organisation.
