- Coordinate the release schedule of games and software updates to align with the platform’s strategy (e.g., seasonal releases, launches tied to hardware or DLC).
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure games deliver smooth performance on the console.
- Provide marketing teams with insights into game features and schedules to support effective promotion strategies.
- Facilitate press kits, demo access, or assets for promotional purposes.
A Typical Day May Include:
- Reading copious amounts of platform documentation and distilling it into an easy to digest set of necessary steps to release.
- Tracking progress on release goals and keeping stakeholders up to date.
- Unblocking teammates by helping them solve a problem they are encountering in your domain.
- Working closely with leads to produce roadmaps, define dependencies, and assess priorities against PUBG Madison’s project goals.
- Draw on past experience to seamlessly blend best-practice processes with the realities of how our team works together.
Qualifications:
- Shipped a game on current gen consoles (Playstation 5, Xbox Series S/X).
- 5+ years of game production & coordination experience in a related position.
- A strong foundation of project management best-practices and common development methodologies.
- Expert ability to stay organized, document processes, facilitate communication, and coordinate tasks and goals.
- Comfortable leading conversations to align individual team priorities.
- Experience with Unreal or other real-time 3D game engines is a plus!
