HR is embarking on a journey to transform employee experience. We have an amazing opportunity for a driven Talent Product Owner to join the People Technology and Services team. The Product Owner will play a critical role in creating a vision and defining requirements for the platform. In this role, you will serve as a strong thought partner to the Talent Enablement team to provide global process excellence and technology solutions. This role is part of the People Technology and Services team.
What you’ll do:
- Manage project portfolio relating to Talent and Performance.
- Meet regularly with your partners in HR to understand their Talent/Performance/Recruiting vision.
- Help your partners understand the capabilities of Talent/Performance systems so they can prioritize the technical initiatives to support their Talent/Performance/Recruiting vision.
- Use your expertise to anticipate hurdles and challenges your partners may face when using Workday and other technology platforms to implement their Talent Vision.
- Effectively use 3rd party technology consultants to bring leading practice solutions to your partners.
- Be the technical lead for the entire lifecycle of all Talent/Performance initiatives using Workday:
- Understand the business
- Gather and document requirements
- Translate business requirements to system requirements
- Prototype
- Lead testing
- Post launch support
- Think creatively about how to manage gaps between system capabilities and the Talent vision.
- Research new features, partner with your partners to decide which features should be adopted, and implement and test accordingly.
- Analyze and solve complex business problems.
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects.
- Develop and maintain training materials.
- Deliver technical training.
Experience/Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Workday functional experience (configurations, security, custom reports, EIB).
- 8+ years experience in a Business Analyst related role.
- Experience implementing at least two Performance Review cycles and two Talent Review cycles using Workday.
- Performance business process configuration
- Performance template configuration
- Mass Operation Management
- Calibration
- Assess Potential, Flight Risk, Achievable Level, etc.
- Managing Talent-related data: Experience, Competencies, Education, etc.
- Talent Profile
- Experience handling confidential information.
- Knowledge of GDPR, SOX, OFCCP.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (especially Excel and Powerpoint).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with different audiences (technical, business, levels, etc).
- Demonstrated ability to embrace new technology and solutions.
- Possess basic understanding of business applications and IT integration capabilities/touchpoints to identify potential upstream and downstream impact and intersection point.
- Be culturally sensitive and inclusive.

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.
$130,600 — $196,000 USD
