About the position:
The People team focuses on enhancing our employee experience to support happy, healthy, and thriving employees. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership, managers, and employees at Strivr. As the first Senior People Business Partner on the team, you will have a huge impact on how this function operates and the level of impact it will have on the company.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as a trusted partner to leaders and their teams on organizational design, change management, people strategy and employee relations
- Collaborate with our People Operations team to execute operational tasks in support of our employee cycle, such as: compensation reviews, quarterly check-ins, engagement surveys, and career planning
- Partner with the VP of People and People Ops to create and roll out company-wide initiatives
- Support the Recruiting team at all levels, including resource planning and headcount management
- Own special cross-functional projects
Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience as a People Business Partner
- Strong competency within the HR function including employee relations, resource management, compliance, communications, and change management
- Strong analytical capabilities and an ability to influence managers/leaders with data-driven recommendations to improve performance, retention, and the employee experience
- Coaching certification
- Strong understanding and ability to be highly productive and influential in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and be proactive
- BA/BS or relevant experience that demonstrates the ability to influence business outcomes through the development of people
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Excellent communication skills
