We are looking for an HR & Payroll Specialist to manage polish payroll process.
Responsibilities
- Prepare payroll calculation.
- Ensure that employee payroll processing is in compliance with applicable laws and payroll tax obligations.
- Perform all personnel administration services and all related data entry to the system.
- Support employees in payroll related cases.
- Maintain employee lifecycle documentation according to Polish law.
- Maintain administration of time/vacation tracking systems.
- Prepare employment contracts, separation documents and other employee related documentation.
- Manage employee PPK processing.
- Prepare documents related to relocation/immigration processes.
- Prepare and participate in internal & external audit.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in payroll world
- Proficiency in English is a must
- Knowledge of Enova system
- Accounting knowledge is nice to have
