Are you a gaming enthusiast and want to be part of driving our business forward? We are looking for a Senior Partner Account Manager to join our sales team!
Role summary
As a Senior Partner Account Manager you are responsible for managing a number of distribution and sales partners. With revenue being the main KPI, optimizing everything from promotion- and release planning to contract and deal negotiations are key. As part of the Sales team, located in Marketing, your task is also to make sure to be up to date with all products and release windows. You will be the liaison for your partners internally at Paradox and making sure all product teams are well aware of relevant partners.
You will work closely together with commercial managers to make sure all product business cases are anchored with learnings and data from relevant partners. You will also have a close collaboration with the Trade Marketing Manager to make sure all marketing beats are amplified with partners when relevant
The Senior Partner Account Manager is led by the Team Lead - Partner Relations and formally reports to VP of Sales.
Responsibilities
- Key account management, as in owning a number of existing and potential distribution and sales related partners.
- Drive new partner negotiations and onboarding
- Together with the partners develop innovative sales and promotion plans to make sure revenue and marketing commitment targets are being met
- Follow-up releases and promotions with an analytical mindset with a conclusion how to improve until next time, always be iterating
- Ensure partners get relevant service and information that they need to sell and promote Paradox products
- Make sure Product Marketing Managers and Product Managers as main stakeholders have relevant information when it comes to partner and other commercial opportunities
- Create business cases re-actively and proactively for new opportunities and drive them internally to relevant marketing and product teams. Both on asks from the teams as well as from partners
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in account management, negotiations (externally and internally) and a strong business mind.
- 5+ years of key account management experience, or equivalent.
- Minimum one year experience from working within the gaming industry in a similar role
- Having worked on both sides, as in on the publishing side and on the platform owner side is considered a big plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
- Excellent English, both written and spoken
