The Organization Development Specialist manages the development deal, an “unwritten” agreement, between the employer and employees, to support continuous organizational evolution & the development of talents for all departments in Ubisoft Romania.
The OD Specialist is responsible to plan, design, implement & monitor career, learning & culture development as well as create local frameworks for performance management, on & offboarding processes, while being aligned with HR & business objectives.
Collaboration and communication are two key parts of the position as you will be the point of contact for OD initiatives across the organization (both local & global). Reporting to the OD Manager, the OD Specialist will work closely with the business leaders, HRBPs, HR team and purchasing team.

• This job requires the management of multiple projects and tasks, highly developed prioritization skills and a high level of autonomy.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders (HR function, business leaders and external vendors).
• Continuously alignment with global and local key stakeholders on process progress, business context and need of support.
• Use and re-enforce the use of people data, insights, and analytics in taking business and people decisions.

Your Main Mission
1. Career development
• Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify the needs, provide high-impact and tailor-made development programs.
• Design and implement the talent development program to build a strong talent pipeline, support growth conversation and on-the-job development considering the established capabilities/needs and the global/local business transformational context.
• Monitor and measure the success and total effectiveness of the development programs to ensure ongoing evolution.
2. Learning & Development
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultation with business leaders, HRBPs and/or focus groups.
• Design the learning curriculum aligned with business objectives, both for soft & technical skills, to foster the growth and evolution of the Romania studio.
• Create, adjust & manage the budget according to the business needs & learning curriculum, assuring the constant monitoring of it.
• Build a strong L&D vendors network (internal/external trainers) & master service agreement.
• Act as Project Manager for L&D curriculum by planning & implementing the training programs for employees, by considering the project timelines, communication plans, budget constraints, resources and deliverables.
• Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials, by case.
• Deliver workshops & trainings across the organization, by case.
• Proactively identify skills gaps and make recommendations to optimize learning experiences across Ubisoft Romania.
• Manage various Learning Management System-related aspects.
• Monitor and measure the success and total effectiveness of the learning programs to ensure the ongoing evolutions of the program.

3. Culture development
• Plan & manage the cascading of the Ubisoft Global & Local Values within the organization towards all employees.
• Build & manage the knowledge and community sharing programs to foster expertise sharing and supporting job community improvement such as role/responsibilities/skills required etc.;
• Implement and support locally the global initiatives.

4. On & offboarding frameworks
• Design the onboarding & offboarding frameworks (approach, guidelines, clarify roles & responsibilities) to assure process alignment across Ubisoft Romania departments.
• Create personalized onboarding curricula & events for Ubisoft Romania departments.
• Deliver the onboarding presentation to all new employees during their first day.
• Partner with HRBPs, Managers & technical trainers to assure a smooth onboarding process.
• Assure the local implementation of the onboarding app within the organization.
• Monitor and measure the success and total effectiveness of the on & offboarding frameworks to ensure the ongoing evolution.

5. Performance management framework
• Support a highly qualitative and sustainable performance management process, based on group guidelines and local needs.
• Design the performance management frameworks (approach, guidelines, clarify roles & responsibilities) to assure process alignment across Ubisoft Romania departments.
• Create and constantly update the local performance calendar, assure visibility to all parties involved.

Qualifications

The Professional Value You Bring
• Solid experience in Human Resources, preferable in Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Talent Management/Development / Leadership Development.
• Experience in fast paced organizations and industries, such as media, entertainment, technology, software industry.
• Advanced English, both written and spoken. French would be a plus.
• Preferable Graduate degree.
