Senior Program Manager, Support-A-Creator

This role sits within the Creator Relations team, focusing on building and operating the Support-a-Creator program. The perfect candidate is capable of simultaneously handling internal and external stakeholders, holistically managing cross-disciplinary projects, and operating a large global affiliate network. You’re extremely organized and detail oriented. You love a well designed system - from the data to the finances to the people involved. You’re experienced in operating at a global scale. You’re at ease with full stack engineers and product marketers, devs and finance folks, legal teams and player support agents. Responsibilities:
- Tackling all Support-a-Creator issues, in collaboration with the Creator Relations Team, Player Support, Finance, Tech, Legal and various Global teams
- Working with the Associate Direct of Creator Relations to develop the next strategic steps for the program
- Acting as the publishing team’s liaison between Player Support, Finance and all Fortnite game teams on all things Support-a-Creator operations
- Organizing existing Support-a-Creator program documentation and building out new systems where there are gaps
- Working with key stakeholders across Epic to create a holistic operational approach for the program
Qualifications:
- Experience operating global, large scale online programs and communities
- Technical and organizational skills that rival Tony Stark’s Jarvis
- History of working with gaming influencers
- Understanding of the Fortnite influencer ecosystem
