Rockstar Games London is on the lookout for a talented, self-driven and highly organised Senior Office Manager who possesses a passion for supporting others and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time permanent position based out of Rockstar Games unique studio and publishing office in SW London, which is serviced by a host of great local amenities, a variety of transport links, gyms, and entertainment options right on the doorstep.
WHAT WE DO
- We are a busy and organised team who ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the Office.
- We anticipate the needs of the Office, ensuring everyone including our teams can stay focussed on their projects.
- We pride ourselves on providing positive and efficient support to the teams and our visitors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Office admin department including managing the team and setting priorities.
- Oversee and manage the general administration for the Office.
- Oversee and manage the coordination of all travel, accommodation and hospitality arrangements for the teams and our visitors.
- Oversee special projects and provide project focused support to Operations Manager, Directors and Senior Management.
- Develop, review and implement admin systems, policies and procedures.
- Coordination of external and internal Company events.
- Work closely with the Facilities, HR, Finance & IT teams in the day-to-day running of the office; maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
- Manage and develop vendor/supplier relationships.
- Review office contracts with all relevant vendors, working with the legal team in preparing, reviewing and signing new and existing contracts.
- Monitor costs/expenses and stock control for budget preparation.
- Prepare reports and oversee filing and record management.
- Assist with the on-boarding of new employees.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Office Management or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a Management/Supervisory role.
SKILLS
- Highly self-motivated and proactive with ability to work both with minimal supervision and as part of a team environment.
- Strong leadership and time, task and resource management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills – keen problem solver and critical thinker.
- Strong planning, project management and analytical skills.
- Ability to work swiftly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment and keep a level head while maintaining grace under pressure.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word and use of databases.
- Experience in booking corporate travel or supervising corporate travel requirements.
- Strong focus on customer service.
PLUSES

- Experience working within the Creative Industries – video games, film, television, music.
- Experience working in Event Management or similar.
