Your Mission

The goal of Marketing within the Consumer Products Group is to provide an informed, data-driven approach that keeps cultural relevancy and fan sentiment top of mind in order to deliver both commercial revenue and fan engagement. As the Senior Marketing Manager, your main focus will be in support of our Ecommerce and Licensing businesses, defining and deploying strategies, campaigns and processes across North America, Europe, Asia and other emerging markets.

In this role you will authentically connect with our fans, capturing the interest and demand of our global audiences through your experience and expertise in areas of growth/performance marketing, content marketing, data analytics, and consumer insights. You will develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal teams and key stakeholders such as franchise, studio, digital marketing, creative development, etc. Relationships with external partners such as agencies, vendors, sponsors, licensees and more will also be critical in order to continue growing our business.

You are self-motivated with an ability to work not only independently, but also within collaborative environments. You are a clear and consistent communicator that is able to influence at both the peer and senior level, reporting into the Global Marketing Lead for Consumer Products.
