Senior Marketing Manager - App Store Optimization (all genders)

As our Senior Marketing Manager - App Store Optimization (all genders), you will be responsible for the app store experience for all our mobile games. You develop our optimization strategy and execute it with support from external agencies. As an ASO expert on key app stores, you will be responsible to improve our store conversion rates with the right creative assets and increase the organic downloads.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive our mobile marketing funnel optimization efforts
- Set up our app store strategy to optimize app store conversion rates
- Work with our inhouse design team to create engaging app store creatives and evaluate them with quantitative testing
- Steer and execute the metadata optimization together with our external partners
- Monitor and report relevant funnel and conversion KPIs using our tracking technologies and tools
Requirements:
- A successfully completed degree (economic sciences, media informatics, psychology, marketing or similar)
- Several years professional experience in quantitative testing and conversion optimization
- Advanced knowledge in app store optimization tools and processes (ASO), especially metadata optimization (keywords, descriptions)
- Profound experience in empirically testing digital advertising material (banners, landing pages, app store assets)
- Analytical mindset that likes to own topics, is encouraged by getting responsibility in and gets things done
- Team player with a key role in a motivated marketing team
- Follower of the latest trends in internet technologies and mobile gaming
- Very good knowledge of English, spoken and written
