To positively develop existing & new customer and regulator relationships in the EMEA region markets in order to optimise our earnings from these markets over the short, medium, and long term.
- Be an active member of the EMEA Sales team.
- Full sales management of all existing customers in designated markets.
- Identifying and prospecting new customers.
- Advising customers on Aristocrat product presentation
- Developing contact networks and keeping customers informed of the company’s direction.
- Positively developing our profile in the marketplace and being seen as the ‘voice of Aristocrat’ with all stakeholders
- Achieving Sales Plan & Latest Estimates
- Sales forecasting
- Manage overheads to Plan & LE.
- Monthly reporting
- Promote the marketing of all company products/services
- Organise trade shows and customer training as required
- Develop positive stakeholder relationships in all markets.
- Keep up to date with changes un regulation in all markets.
- Bring the Aristocrat Way for Sales to life
- Have a live Individual Development Plan.
- Maximize relationships with key customers
- Active participation in key customers Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Achieve individual budget in line with set objectives for quarter and year, for gross sales revenue, controllable net margin & volume, ASP, and trading terms.
- Manage and leverage relevant trading initiatives and expenses so as to maximise sales opportunities within a fixed expense budget.
- Ensure you understands the customers’ objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes and forms long term business partnerships in order to leverage revenue from the relationship and promote Aristocrat as a quality supplier with the aim of achieving "preferred" supplier status
- Coordinate the gathering of market intelligence and monitor competitors' Sales strategies and products, campaigns, and events to optimize our revenue and market share.
- Actively participate in team related activities and demonstrate a willingness to work across functions and share knowledge to assist performance of Sales Team and other Aristocrat’s functions.
- Demonstrate behaviour consistent with the company’s Values and Winning Ways.
- Actively participate in Team Meetings.
- Support your Line Manager and all other team members to be successful.
Job Requirements
- Proven sales ability including outstanding selling & negotiation skills, persuasive ability, and excellent communication skills.
- Expert product and industry knowledge coupled with the ability to deal with clients at all levels and translate client needs into a complete solution.
- Management, leadership & mentoring.
- Business, accounting, and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with BI tools
- Analytical interpretation.
- Advanced problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills with strong presence and impact.
- Very strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships and engage with people at all levels quickly.
- Competency in understanding company financials, specifically CAPEX, OPEX and depreciation
- Ability to understand, embrace and capitalize on change.
What We're Looking For
- 8-10 years of Sales Experience
- Possession of a relevant industry related qualification.
- Sales and negotiating experience.
- Gaming industry knowledge preferable but not essential.
- A proven track record in a Sales and People Management environment.
- Commercial Awareness with considerable experience in previous customer facing roles.
- Fluent in English – both written and verbal
- Significant experience managing customer relationships within the gaming industry
- Can demonstrate an ability to work in a remote market
