Senior Manager of Quality OperationsSummary
The Senior Manager of Quality Operations will play an integral role in executing the D&D Quality Strategy. The position is a seasoned leader who will work with a large cross-section of functional teams and Subject Matter Experts to ensure that quality concerns are identified, escalated, and remediated throughout the product development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and guidance to direct reports and mentor senior quality associates throughout the organization.What You'll Do
- Senior leader within the organization responsible for development and delivery of quality initiatives that reside within the D&D organization and collaborate with the broader Gaming businesses
- Executes strategies to optimize regulated product quality prior to test lab submission
- Leads analysis efforts that drive measurable quality improvements for the organization that lead to cost savings, reduced time to market and increased customer satisfaction
- Directs team activities for generating insightful reports for Executive and Senior Leadership that communicate the quality performance of assigned products
- Manages effective frameworks that help the organization plan and design quality into the product development cycle embracing the spirit of “Shift Left”
- Provides quality leadership to the Program Reviews to proactively identify quality concerns and escalates to Program Manager and D&D Quality Leader where necessary
- Plans and leads Quality Summits, Workshops and Process Improvement efforts
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or similar experience (Masters of MBA Preferred)
- 10+ Years of regulated gaming industry experience
- Thorough understanding of regulated gaming technologies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience using MS Office Suite products
- 5+ Years of experience as a people leader
