Senior Manager, Training Services

The opportunity

As Senior Manager, Training Services you will take the lead in building Unity’s Professional Training solution to be a world-class enabler of Unity’s real-time interactive 3D technology. Unity’s services business supports some of the world’s leading companies across a wide range of verticals including Gaming, Entertainment, Automotive and Construction. In this role you will manage Unity’s professional training content development and infrastructure team and play a pivotal role in the evolution of the product catalogue.

Reporting to the VP of our fast-growing Customer Success organization, you will work alongside our sales, success and product teams to make sure our customers develop the skills they need to make them successful with our technology..

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the development and maintenance of Unity’s Professional Training content.
• Oversee the content roadmap, decision-maker with VP Customer Success on priorities
• Own ongoing evolution and maintenance of the Professional Training LMS infrastructure
• Manage a team of subject matter experts to design and deliver on the content roadmap and consult with customers on learning pathways
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to define Learning and Training solutions for professional customers
• Co-develop strategy and input on workstreams of training distributed by both our direct sales teams and by our partners

What we’re looking for

• Experience leading a training organization focusing on technical training, with a global perspective!
• Understanding of current practices and innovations in Learning Design for upskilling the digital workforce
• Ability to evaluate, design and implement learning and training programs for professionals at speed
• Excellent people management skills; able to partner, on-board, manage, and develop hard-working instructional teams
• Experience in overseeing the management and evolution of digital learning platforms
• Cost center or P&L management experience

• Technical qualifications/experience related to real-time development in industry, beyond gaming
• Coaching/mentoring qualifications
• LMS implementation and integration
