Job Description
Ubisoft Singapore is looking for highly driven and motivated Senior Manager for Talent Acquisition. You will be leading 2 recruiting team members in Singapore with recruiting ops supported from our Philippines studio. The main scope is to fulfill hiring needs across development projects such as Skull & Bones and the Assassin’s Creed franchise, with your team. You are also the key partner to the stakeholders, for industry and talent insights. The studio is also expecting you to devise and execute an overall Talent Acquisition strategy in Employer’s Brand, Candidate Experience, Recruiting Process and Campus Recruiting. You should always be evolving the usual ways of managing Talent Acquisition, navigate through sophisticated hiring challenges to support the continuous business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the overall Talent Acquisition & Employer's branding strategies, infrastructure and delivery framework to support the studio’s now and future needs
- Manage talent acquisition policies, processes, competencies, selection criteria and diversity efforts
- Guide and manage the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring clear objectives and accountability are established and achieved
- Partner with stakeholders, hiring managers and HR team in developing strategic, tactical recruiting plan in line with studio and HQ’s objectives
- Manage end to end recruitment strategy for senior and critical hires across all job families (Corporate, Tech & Non-tech)
- Provide top in class candidate experience ensuring they are informed of next steps and timely feedback. That includes building and managing a strong future talent pipeline
- Own Talent Acquisition data and metrics while defines and measure achievement of key recruiting program to improve attraction and selection of talent and SLAs
- Own the University Recruiting and other recruiting related projects from planning to implementation
- Foster a collaborative relationship with HQ and her neighboring studios (Shanghai, Chengdu, Mumbai, Pune and Philippines) on Talent Acquisition topics
- Partner with Communications team to build content and training, to improve employer's branding
- Collaborate with L&D team to build hiring capabilities in the studio
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 8-10 years’ experience recruiting from an agency and in-house role (at least 5 years in house) and led a small team of recruiters
- Managed Talent Acquisition processes and programs (especially on Employer’s Brand, Candidate Experience, Recruiting Process and Campus Recruiting)
- Big fan of data and metrics and ability to connect to stakeholders
- Familiarity in the Singapore tertiary landscape
- Project & Team Management experience
