Your Mission
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition for our Corporate Functions Talent Acquisition team. As a member of the recruiting team, your role will focus on collaborating closely with business leaders within the Human Resources and Marketing functions, managing and developing a team of world class Talent Professionals, and driving performance management and reporting. You will own the recruiting strategy for these functions, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition of Corporate Functions. You will be able to successfully manage, prioritize and partner with all team members on an as-needed basis while working closely with business leaders to help influence efforts towards attracting and hiring talent with a lens on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Talent Professionals, focusing on performance excellence and individual development
- Partner closely with hiring teams, business leadership, and HR business partners, to build and implement effective sourcing and hiring strategy
- Comfortable using data to influence hiring at all levels
- Partner effectively with the broader Talent Acquisition team’s peers and cross-functional partners (sourcing, compensation, HR, People Tech, and operations teams, etc.)
- Participate in diversity recruiting initiatives and events on an as-needed basis.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3+ years formally leading/managing a recruiting team, ideally a geographically distributed team
- 7+ years of hands-on full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in-house at a high-tech, entertainment, or high-growth organization
- Comfortable connecting with, and presenting to people of all levels
- Solid multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Able to work autonomously and with discretion
- Easily manage through ambiguity, shifting between priorities and projects seamlessly
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and navigate internal and external audiences
- Teammate with the grit and tenacity to push through the difficult times, but possesses enough experience to know when to proactively seek support
Pluses
- Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry
- Strong technology know-how applying multiple databases, experience using Workday Recruit, Tableau, and Eightfold.ai
- Knowledgeable in leading teams through a period of change
